About the Program

“Women-in-Tech” Startup Accelerator is a 15-week cohort-based program for highly innovative and scalable women-led technology startups who are looking to scale their businesses, expand their market reach and attract potential investors and strategic partners. With a carefully crafted program that addresses the unique needs of each business, we identify and focus on key growth areas for improvement, while providing guidance and resources to help female founders achieve their goals.

This 4-month program provides an intensive and immersive experience that includes workshops, mentorship, coaching, networking opportunities, and access to funding. Our team of experienced mentors and coaches shall provide tailored support to each participant, helping them to grow and scale their business, and achieve sustainable success.

Program Offerings

Business + Leadership Coaching

Curated and structured online workshops by subject matter experts from the industry and startup ecosystem on topics including product management, customer acquisition, business strategy, financial management, operations, marketing, leadership, and many more.

Virtual Deep Dive Session

GAP Analysis session to help each women entrepreneur develop an individual growth plan and tailored roadmap that addresses the growth needs of the business to scale.

1:1 Mentorship Support

Mentorship is a key to your startup’s development and a must – learn from industry experts and experienced peer mentors. You will identify the key challenges of your startup and then paired with a lead mentor who will advise and guide you for the duration of the program.

Funding & Investment Readiness Support

Fundraising preparation and investor readiness is about strategizing your fundraising plan, practicing your pitch, working out your valuation, preparing your data room and much more. A dedicated fund manager will work side-by-side with you to ensure your startup is well-prepared to attract potential investors and secure necessary capital needed to fuel growth, hire talent, and develop innovative products or services.

Access to funding and partnerships

Showcase your business progress and secure interest from our network of investors. Additionally, seize the opportunity to expand your network by connecting with fellow entrepreneurs and industry leaders through engaging networking events and activities.

Who can Apply

Technology startups with high growth potential and a highly scalable business model. In addition, applicants must:

Have one woman on the founding team with a substantial equity interest or in a leadership position in the company (C-Suite)
Be legally incorporated and in existence for more than two years and have a minimum income of Rs 50 lac per annum.
Have achieved some degree of validation/traction – should have a minimum viable product or service with a market fit, viable commercialization, and scope of scaling (we are not looking for businesses that are in the idea or concept stage)

Application Process & Timeline

To apply for the Women-in-Tech Startup Accelerator, interested founders should fill out the online Application Form . We will select up to 15 women entrepreneurs for the Acceleration Program through a two-stage competitive process. Part 1 of the process involves review by our team and 1:1 interview with the shortlisted candidates, and Part 2 of the process involves final presentation with the program jury. Final selections will be made based on a combination of factors including the viability of the business, the potential for growth and scalability, and the commitment of the founders. Selected participants are required to pay the program fee of Rs. 15,000 in a single installment before commencement of the program.
